Building
We take care of all the necessary building work to ensure a perfect finish is achieved. This can include anything from straightening the existing walls for a perfect tile finish, to repairing rotten floors & walls, removing / adding walls / installing insulation / gib / plaster & painting if required.
Plumbing / Electrics
We have a good long standing relationship with the plumber & electrician that we use. They have all been in the trade for 15+ years & are fully qualified // experienced & insured. They also take the same care & respect of your home / job as we do.
Waterproofing / Tiling
We are approved installers of several waterproofing systems.
Our preference is the "Wedi" system, as we believe this is the most complete bathroom waterproofing product on the market. But of course, one system doesn't always fit. So in these cases we can tailor fit one of the other systems to suite.
ABOUT
Bathroom Builders Ltd is owned & operated by Steve Richards.
Steve, originally from the UK, has been in the building trade since before he left school, working weekends & holidays with a local builder. He completed an apprenticeship on leaving school & has been building ever since (25+ years).
After working on new builds / renovations / commercial jobs he found a passion for kitchen & bathroom renovations. Since arriving in New Zealand in 2008, he has mainly concentrated on bathroom renovations.
